Making Five Prototypes in One Week
Every year, we reinvest 20 percent of our sales into R&D. Tell our five senior designers your ideas, and they can design and make five prototypes in one week. Your new sample will be ready within 10 days. We develop up to 10 new models each month. Our eight molding engineers lead 20 molding staff, and use CNC molding machines imported from Germany to turn out 50 molds every month.
Sourcing Materials from South Korea, Saudi Arabia and Taiwan
We mainly source materials from South Korea, Saudi Arabia and Taiwan. Our 36 inspectors, who have 10 years' experience on average, ensure our products are compliant with the RoHS Directive and EN 71 standards. Stringent QC procedures make sure each product meets OSHA, CE, UL standards and is FDA-approved as well.
Monthly Turnout Reaching 100,000 Units
We have 450 staff members who operate 25 injection machines, 10 moving printing machines and 30 screen printing machines, turning out up to 100,000 units per month. All of our products are for export. Our minimum order quantity is 10,000 units, and we can deliver orders within 30 days.
